When Isaac and I moved to my mother's his first mission was to clean up the patio so we could spend time out there to BBQ with friends. He even chopped up some mesquite wood! We have a few plants that we've been tending to. Isaac has his herb garden and his fern. I had some pretty flowers but then they died. Oof.
One day we went to our friend's house to hang out in his backyard. It's pretty outside there. I took some photos. He makes planters out of recycled wood he finds and I commented how much I liked them. So he gave me one. A pretty one filled with basil. The wood he used has pink and cream paint already one it, distressed now, and looks lovely. I've been tending to that one and think I'm doing a pretty good job. It's grown since I got it. Fresh basil anytime I want pasta.

I can't wait to take these little plants with us to our new apartment and add on to them. We have a rather large space for our patio and I'm already thinking of all the plants we can have back there. Maybe even a vegetable garden.

This outfit and the swim suit in the last post are heavenly. I hope you keep this momentum up.
It must be so nice to enjoy the summer in the patio with all the plants! Ha ha :) I hope you get to grow a vegetable garden, that would be amazing.
Beautiful photography and I love that outfit!
